All wholesalers using the platform are responsible for obtaining and ensuring compliance with any state or federal requirements related to marketing an equitable interest in properties, such as Nebraska’s LB892 or any other state-specific regulations. Off Market Flip LLC is a private marketing platform and does not engage in brokerage activities, real estate transactions, or assume responsibility for legal compliance in wholesaling transactions.
